Refund policy

AP Service Solutions (APSS) โ€“ Returns & Refund Policy

At AP Service Solutions, we want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. Our returns policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act (South Africa), and is designed to be fair for both our customers and our business.

1. Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging
  • The item is in the same condition as when you received it
  • All accessories, manuals, and tags are included
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Return costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.A handling/restocking fee of up to 10% may be deducted from your refund to cover administrative and repackaging costs.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If an item is defective, damaged, or not as described, APSS will offer, at your choice:

  • Repair of the item
  • Replacement of the item
  • OR a full refund

Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items will be covered by APSS.

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item, providing:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defective or damaged item

We may require the item to be returned to verify the issue.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., cosmetics, fragrances)
  • Used wearable items (e.g., clothing, watches, accessories)
  • Items marked as โ€œFinal Saleโ€ (where permitted by law)

  • Order Accuracy: Please review your order carefully before checkout.
  • Inspection: Returned items must be in resalable condition to qualify for a refund (except defective items).
